This PR updates the project to React Router v7, ensuring compatibility with the latest version and adopting best practices from the new API.
Main Changes
Update Remix to V3 alias React Router V7.
Refactored routes to use the new API.
Update remix-i18next to ensure compatibility with RRv7.
Update remix-validated-form to @rvf/react-router for compatibility with RRv7.
Motivation
Prevents compatibility issues with modern libraries and keeps the project up to date with the React ecosystem.
